Service:

          The Senior High Student Council sponsors many different service projects throughout the school year. Each year we sponsor a non-perishable food drive, adopt-a-highway, and a fundraiser for a charity of the council’s choice. This year we aided with the Great American Smoke-Out by collecting shoes to represent people that had died of lung cancer.

Fun and Spirit:

          Throughout the school year, the Senior High Student Council also sponsors fun events for the high school. We sponsor Homecoming, Winter Ball, and a back-to-school bash along with many other activities to boost school spirit.

Meetings and Committees:

          The Sidney HS Student Council has regularly scheduled meetings on Tuesday mornings at 7:00 a.m. We use this time to discuss business, upcoming events, and fundraisers.

Through hard work and determination, the Sidney High School Student Council

strives to achieve its goal of becoming the best.
